You just know that "Libtards" and "Obama-Care" is 'bad', because it's 'gonna take away our freedom' and 'destroy the country' and is 'socialist'- you just KNOW those things because you've heard it spouted off by a bunch of North Georgia rednecks and Fox News enough times.

Pick your friends carefully, they will have an influence on your life. You don't want hang with the stupid kids. It doesn't turn out well. You probably have the potential to actually learn and understand what is going on in this country if you remain open-minded and pay attention.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Wasn't the sequester originally Obama's idea? Wasn't that HIS solution that he wanted to use in the future when and if we got to this point?
".....while others suffer and die." ?????? Uh...what?
You are correct, it was Obama's idea.

How many times has this been covered? Repeatedly during the debates. Can't you guys ever let go of a "right wing talking point" even after it's been disproven repeatedly ad-nauseum?
Yet you guys still keep going to those same old worn out tired disproven arguments.

You are correct, it was Obama's idea.
You are STILL missing the point!

Obama wasn't PROMOTING sequestration - sequestration was intended to be something SO bad that both sides would have to compromise to avoid it. It's the equivalent of rolling up a newspaper and smacking a Congressman on the nose and saying "Bad Legislator! Bad!"

When it came to cutting programs that were useful to the middle-class Republican lawmakers were as happy as could be. But if it meant raising taxes on the mega-wealthy - they just couldn't budge and allowed sequestration to happen.

I can't spell it out any more clearly than that. Sequestration was intended as a deterrent to break the partisan gridlock that Congress has been in.

So repeat after me. Say it out loud. "Sequestration was intended as a deterrent to promote partisan agreements." Now say it again just to make sure it sinks in.

By the way: The Koch Brothers are EVERYONES problem. You don't want to live in an America where they get what they want.

I know the same way Patton knew.
I read it and it ain't pretty for healthcare in America.
I don't pay attention to other's who pay lipservice.
I suggest you go to healthcare.org and read up on it, a government site for Obamacare.
It won't tell the cost because they don't know, it won't tell you how much will be taken away from medicare or medicaid.
It will lower the standards of healthcare while increasing government control at the same time there is a shortage of doctors.
At this point in time very few doctors will accept medicaid.
Are you so uninformed to think doctors can stay in medical care and lose money.
Oh, I forget, with Libtards everyone must suffer for less care.

The white house and the senate can't get passed what they want.

Most people understand this simple problem except for libtards.
Obviously Constitutional Law was not your strong suit at Vo-Tech.

Let me try to explain using little words.

The President doesn't write budget legislation.

The President signs budget legislation passed by the House and the Senate.

If the House and the Senate don't pass a budget, there is no legislation to sign.

Mr. President can sit at his desk, wearing his Secret Service watch, his pen poised deftly in his left hand, forever, and if no budget legislation is passed by Congress - then he'll just have to give up and go have a sandwich - cause there's nothing for him to sign.

We know your easily bored by facts, knowledge, and especially educational TV like CSPAN, but maybe with a large dose of Adderal you could make it through at least a comic book version of the Constitution.

I am glad you only needed three or four documented sources to agree I was correct all along.

Not simple enough for you it seems.
The president does indeed submit a budget, in Obamas case it's usually a lousy budget that the Repubs can't take. Heck, even some demos don't like his budget.
so Obama creates his own problems by not working with congress along with the rest of the demos and so we finally have the sequester from the mind of Obama in 2011.
This is where we are at now.
I would loan you some of my adderal but it wouldn't do you any good. It doesn't help with hyperbole.

OK, let's play this game.

I say Koch Brothers, you say Soros. They're both large-money political donors.

If we stop right there- it seems like we're talking about the same thing.

But if we actually go to the next step and look at the methodology, the motives and the fact that the Koch Brothers are as close to Satan Incarnate as we have the capability of imagining - then things start to get a little more clear-cut.

You mean we might have to fill out a form???!!
And we might actually have to know what our health insurance policy covers?!!???
Do they REALLY expect people to give a crap about their health and to actually pay attention to what they are spending their money on?!!
The NERVE of Obama! That's just un-American.
Poor you, arrogant you. I don't give a flip if you "run" a multi BILLION dollar company. I'm sure if it weren't for rich relatives, your life story would be completely different. Arrogant assholes are bottom feeders. It's so obvious you have NO compassion for those who stuggle, work hard, live paycheck to paycheck, may live in a mobile home, yet in so, so many ways, those very people you mock are RICHER & "better" than you. The 30 million uninsured who are hoping the ACA will give them "HOPE" they were promised will be overwhelmed when it comes time to complete pages and pages of questions. Especially for those who aren't educated, can't read, do not understand. You should be ashamed! You should be thankful, yet sound so cocky and thankless. A few posts back, you told me I was a nasty little critter...I'll leave the first words out- losers use God's name in vain- I do not.

YOU are NO better than the man in front of you or the man behind you, wherever you may be. Whether it be standing in line at Wal Mart or standing on the tee at the country club. Remember that, Mr. Runamillion$ business. On this forum, that means NOTHING. Not a blame thing. Process that when you see a sick, innocent child who's parents cannot afford or provide the best healthcare. We can't make them disappear...only those like you, who live in an outta sight, outta mind world are good at that. You make me gag. I don't care how much $$ you have or what you do for a living. I DO NOT CARE!!! You may have a brain, but it's very evident, you don't have a heart.

Float on back to earth, you ain't in heaven, quite yet.

And Obama betrayed Boehner in making him look like a fool.
Sequestration was Obamas idea from the get-go, to make repubs look bad in the eyes of the liberal media and his stoogie followers.
It finally backfired on him.
We'll see what happens within the next month when all of them are held accountable with the next deadline. My guess will be they will extend it another few months because the libtards want more money to waste and the repubs want responsible spending.

I agree Aggie. George Soros is one evil man. All for open societies, open borders, other countries monitoring our presidential elections. Read the top ten reasons why George Soros is feared and evil. Glenn Beck got on my nerves, too. Glenn called him out as the most feared man in America. Soros went after FOX, still after them. He did not bring down FOX, yet...but he did get Glenn. After reading and researching about this man, he is the bigger problem, a very wealthy communist friend of Obama's.
