WTF is up with Waverly McDonalds?

I work for a large office here in Waverly. We take up a large order each morning and go buy breakfast at McDonalds. NOT ANYMORE! Here lately, the people working there have become so RUDE! Today, I offered to pay for a large ice water, but requested it in a styrofoam cup They refused! They stated they could not put ice water in a styrofoam cup. Those cups are only for tea! I was going to pay for it as if I was buying tea, or a soda. This is the straw that broke the camel's back for us!!

No wonder I can't go through McDonalds in a timely manner. People like you with large orders slow us working people down. You should bring bottled water from your home. I am sick of people with multiple orders.

its not just mcdonalds, its every fast food joint...and thats why i thought it was called fast food...however if u are going to have big orders how hard is it to callem in?n my family alone we have 9 people so in order to be polite towards others i always call in our order....just use common sence.n even mcdonalds dont mind and we even get our entire order.

"lostourbusiness" didn't say anything about going through the drive thru. For all we know they did call ahead and then go pick it up. It could have been at that moment when McDonalds said no to water in a styrofoam cut. That would have pissed me off too. What is the big deal if a person is willing to pay for it?

I order sweet tea all of the time. I think the workers are wonderful and I see them all of the time. They are so nice and you are so hard to please. I bet you go back. lol's

Their company policy must be to only sell those cups with tea. What is so hard to understand about that. I am sure you have policies in your office that you don't break just because someone wants you to.

i tried to get water with a combo there last year, they told me i couldnt have water because all they have is bottled water and couldn't sell it with a combo. its always a new rule there. i thought we were "patronizing" the place and they were "serving" us...not anymore i guess

If you ordered inside and ordered a sweet tea, don't they give you a styrofoam sweet tea cup for you to fill it up yourself? They've done that with me before.

Water shortage? It's simple to figure out, they can't make as much money off water as they can their soda.
Plus the price of the cup, we can't forget that.
