When I hear the no remorse and arrogance of the suspects, I couldn't believe after seeing video of the Elvis Torrentes, 21 years old being arrested with a partial smile on his face and yelling to the press that he didn't do it. This adult placed in the police car I'm so glad he is off the street and I hope he stays in jail for life. A hate crime. Hate crimes are also classified as a hate crime against a gender. Multiple males raping a single female to me is considered a HATE CRIME. They need to charge Hate crimes to all the suspects that participated and watched.

I'm willing to listen why your family member who got arrested is innocent. I realize that they do need to make sure the evidence matches to him. The way he came across on the internet and in front of the media wasn't good. It gave me a wrong impression. Getting arrested and what he is being charged with is nothing to be smiling about. He is innocent until proven guilty but if he is charged and he has to appear in court in front of a jury he needs to change in his way he comes across and his mannerism.

Maybe your family member should have been thinking about how his actions would be judged before committing such a henious crime against another. It's called having a moral and social conscience; the very thing that stops normal human beings from hurting others. It's pretty obvious your family member is void of a conscience and that makes them a sociopath for which society has every right to judge and scrutinize.

I used to go to school with this guy, he was someone i actually knew and talked to on a regular basis, now years later i read the news and he shows up on here, a complete 180. Its disgusting and disturbing to even look at him and the stupidity he has done, I hope he gets what he deserves, and i hope the victim is recovering from such a horrible horrible experience- that most likely will follow her for the rest of her life.

This was a horrible crime, but everyone shouldn't be so quick to pass judgement! One "suspect" was arrested for this crime then later released with the district attorney saying that he was not going to press charges on that guy. I personally know Elvis, I don't believe he committed the crimes he's being charged with and I know the physical evidence in this case with prove to everyone who's guilty and whos name is being drug through the dirt! I mean where are the police getting their information from, the victim supposedly had been drinking before the attack, then was beaten...Could the police honestly expect her to identify her attackers correctly? And if the information is coming from actual witnesses to the crime, how can the police & investigators trust the word of someone who stood by and watched a 15 year old GIRL be robbed, beaten and raped?? Justice will prevail in this case and the right men will be in custody and hopefully sentenced to LIFE in prison & the INNOCENT men -like Elvis- will be released and cleared of all charges! I hope the victim and her family can slowly but eventually start to recover from this sickening act of violence.

He is a coward who could have tried to stop the rape or at least tried to help the poor girl but he chose to either participate or do nothing.

I am sure there are plenty of cowards who witnessed this horrible crime and cowards always talk to much. Specially if they are trying to save themselves. The poor girl was not fully conscious so I hope the defense attorneys do not even try to use that excuse or worst to blame the victim as they usually do.

Everyone that was involved and doesn't get arrested beware. You're going to be caught and dealt with. We will find you and kill you. All it takes is one person that was there to get comfortable and tell someone that he/she was there. Do you trust everyone that was there? For your own sake you better.. Do you believe any single individual there wouldn't rat you out to save his or her own ass?

Common sense alert for you: The forensics are starting to come back; DNA and also the cell phone records. That is how the police are now making additional arrests. The DA and LE have the physical evidence now. The victim waS SO BRUTALLY ASSUALTED she was found in the friggen fetal position and was in mental shock. This animal you think you know has been arrested due to physical evidence linking him to the friggen crime. He wasn't just a bystander. This animal was an active participant in the carnage bestowed upon that 15 year old girl. As per kron 4 bay area news "21-year-old Elvis Josue Torrentes, who was arrested early Tuesday morning, has been charged with three counts- one count penetration with a foreign object in concert and two counts rape in concert". The animal has been arrested because LE have physical evidence linking him directly to the crime. richmond guy wrote: i know that guy and he always hads been a jerk. a bully. a 21 year old guy with no job and life that hang out at a HS??????? i am not saying it was him or not but i wouldn't be surprised and of course, his family is saying no

He was arrested because the police have reason to believe he is guilty. Secondly, the OJ Simpson trial was a joke. All evidence pointed to him being guilty of murdering two people...but because Mark Furman used the "n" word, he got off. So...my question is...OJ didn't kill two people, because Mark Furman used the "n" word? He's less guilty because of that?!
