I always go in on lunch to eat. Very nice and mature people working that time of the day. I've been in there in the evening and it sounds like a huge party going on in the back and everyone looks like they are strung out on drugs. I am afraid to eat anything that someone who looks like that has made. Something needs to be done before the place is shut down.

What I like to know is were is the manager in all of this?? I understand people goofying off time to time but the way the cussing and the rude behavior is in front of customers is unacceptable, especially when you have your kids with you....I will take my money elsewhere

From what I have seen the managers are in the middle of all of it. Like I said I always go in on lunch. No behaivor like that goes on then. The staff is friendly and always makes sure you get what you need. I wish I had the number to the main office. I would call and let them know what is wrong with their store in the evenings. Its a shame you can't take your kids to have pizza because of the cussing and fighting.

surprise drug test on everyone might be in order to; dont forget tazewell thats a big rats nest there. in the store i worked at our owner watched video than fired all involved when he was told night shift was out of control and illegal issues were happening. i cant believe a business can afford to lose customers the way our economy is; just doesnt make sense.

Just so you guys know Brent isn't district manager anymore rose is and I've heard they're getting the crew of servers they had from a couple years ago you know the super sweet friendly girls! I will start going in there again :) I also think most of the men that are working there need fired because of the way they act. They need ALL new shift leaders bc the newer ones have no clue as to what they are doing its a shame. But Susan and Michael can't do it all on their own ya know! But they definitely need better help!

glad you know everything.. bc susan doesn't do a d..amn thing. i've came there several times and I have not once seen her do anything even when they look busy shes still just standing there. your right the new managers do not know what their doing at all

I didn't say I know everything in case you didn't read it it says "I've heard" anytime I've ever been there Susan is the only one doing anything but I'm not there often at all and haven't been in a very long time. I do know that the managers shouldn't work with the public bc they aren't good with people at all or with their employees for that matter I've seen the way they talk to them and I'd be ashamed.

the problem isnt really the ppl...its the new company that took over....npc...they are always complaining of labor which results in the employees not allowed to work which puts a bigger work load on the few they do schedule...i loved my job and my customers but i left for a better paying job cause right b4 i left mike would have to call ppl and tell them to stay home...he didnt have the hours to let them work...no one can survive like that...you cant make tips only working a few hours a day...all i can say is be patient....they are working on making things better...well was when i left...as far as susan...she always busted her tail when i worked with her...mike and her were the only ones to work that i seen...but i worked with them the most...the rest of what i heard is just that...hear say...so i cant really say yay or nay...the other managers are still new in the spot and really dont know how to go with the flow like the others that have been there for years...all i can tell you is to keep complaining to the management so they will know what to fix..and rose is the new area director and i can assure you she will fix the problems...unlike brent...he would just chew the manager out and let it be...rose will talk to the ones causeing the problems...shes tough and thats what that place needs...and mike has really helped the place since he has been back...but he cant change everything overnight...but for the ones that are still there i hope things get better and they can get their hours soon...b4 all of them have to leave like i did just to be able to get a paycheck

they should work all workers and not just a select few. more adults need to be hired. have they forgotten federal and state laws in regards to minors only working 18 hours a week and nothing after 11 pm tazewell certainly does not follow the law, why?

i know a kid who claimed he worked 40 + hours a week while he was 16 whether he was lying (chances are pretty good)i still find it hard to believe the hut and kfc hire more teenagers than adults who are desperately looking for work. when we go in they are standing around texting, or joking with each other while customers are being ignored. some of these managers need to get rid of the players and hire people who really want to work not stand around playing on their phones. i agree with another post drug testing should be manditory.

i miss working there and the ppl i worked with were adults and everything ran smooth...i got close to my customers and i didnt want to leave them but i also have a family to care for...i couldnt make it on 20 hours a week....now im working 48 hours a week...i know i will get a pay check...i cant say anything bad about anyone there...some worked harder than others but thats everywhere you go....some i didnt like to work with and im sure they didnt like working with me either...but to trash talk the others i wont do...some take more pride in their jobs than others...susan always worked hard when i worked with her,,....shes a great person and manager...always jumped in to help me when i needed it and i didnt have to ask...kids these days dont know what work ethics are....cause mom and dad always hand them everything....and im just as guilty for giving my kids everything they want...but i try to teach them the value of things especially money and to always work hard at everything...its alot different now then when i grew up...michael dont allow phones out when he is working....i answered a text about my sick father and he jumped on me...i knew not to have my phone out...but i checked it anyways cause i knew my dad was having surgery...so i was in the wrong...but michael still corrected me anyways...if the other managers would just go by policy i think everything would go smoothly...mike and susan are the only ones that i have seen follow policy but they are the ones i worked with the most...i cant say much about the others cause i very rarely worked with them...all i know is what has been told ...and i dont know how much truth is to it...i just hope they get it straighten out soon cause if not im afraid the doors will close
