We've never had any issue with their service. They actually have went out of the way to deliver for us. We live 5 min outside town limits and most places won't deliver here, but they have. My only complaint is how greasy the pizza is, but nothing that a napkin can't take care of! lol

I don't eat there often mainly because of the grease. The food is very greasy. A napkin wont help your ateries and thighs. It took them over 2 hrs to deliver in town once but it was prom night a couple years ago so that was understandable, other than that service was ok.

Yeah, I know. You could almost let it drip in a cup and use it for deep-frying. lol Yuck. I just grossed myself out.

My husband and I went in there about a month ago and it was on a sunday afternoon... there was only like tables in there that had ppl eating at them and the rest were nasty... by that I mean had not been cleaned, had plates on them ect. We stood there like 15 mins waiting for someone to clean the tables... a lady walked past us like 6 times and never even offered to clean us one... it was not even that busy... that has only been like our 3rd time in there and from that visit... it was prolly our last! Felt like they didn't want my business!

okay well i have had several bad experiences with Giovanni's. The first was about 8 years ago. We ordered a pizza and salads at around 8:30 on a Friday night, mind you they don't close till 11 on Friday's. We waited until almost 10 and I called and they said that they were busy and would be with the food asap. I could understand that and was okay with it. But when 11:15 rolled around and still no Giovanni's I called back. They answered and said that they had closed and that we wouldn't be getting our food that night. Well I sure as hell didn't want it the next day! Needless to say my family went hungry that night because everything else had already closed. They could have atleast had the decency to call us and let us know that they weren't going to deliver our food.

And on numerous occasions we have ordered from there and our food has been burnt. I can't stand eating burnt pizza. The last time they done it I went to pick it up and before I left with the pizza I looked to make sure it wasn't burnt and surprise surprise it was. So I asked them politely to make me another one. In which they replied that the pizza was not burnt when they put it in the box and that I was to either take that one and eat it or I could get my money back. They informed me that their policy was not to remake food if they mess it up. So I asked "Okay if I'm allergic to mayonaisse and ask you not to put it on a sub and you do anyways you won't make me another one?" and their reply was again that if that had happened I would have to eat it or get my money back that they wouldn't remake the sub.

I just think they have bad policies. I mean you go to El Mariachi's or some place like that and they mess up they make you another and let you keep what they messed up on. That's good customer service...ugh just makes me mad.

Needless to say (and finish up) we have not ordered from there since and won't. I will never spend another dime in their restaurant.

Well it seems to me that when you have a business you need customer to stay open... thats fine if you wouldn't want my business, but I am not the only one that has had bad experiences there... They have good pizza just hope you order take out and you don't have to wait like we did!

Their pizza is to flat and no crust. I need a nice fat crust on my pizza and its soooo greasy.I called there and ordered some food and when it arrived it was so cold and nasty.I don't live that far away from where there at either. I will never go back there again. I love going to the Italian village they have awesome pizza.

I think that Giovanni's has the best pizza and subs that I have ever tasted. Everything tastes so fresh and you get generous portions. It's delicious. I think I will order today.

You must not be too bright. If I have one or two bad experiences at a business I don't go back. If you have "like 100" as you say, I would suggest you don't go back, problem solved.

I think it's delicious! Their pizza and grilled chicken salad is my favorite. The only sorta bad experience ive had is.. one day i was there eating with my friend and their ceiling started dripping and it went right into my food. They didnt seem to care though so I just quit eating and left. Other than that i love it!

i've never had a bad experience there. but i have noticed that they are running short handed most of the time. there is usually one woman cooking and one woman sserving the food, drinks, and running the cash register. so if they become to busy its really hard for them to keep up. but i love goin there they are always really nice and the food is always been really good.

Giovanni's is out dated and needs a new building or dining room. It's not got enough room for anyone to eat there. Not to mention, who is tired of that Sabrina bitch? She walks around with major attitude.

There is a sign saying they need help so most people would think before they go in that that staff might be awhile getting to them and serving them...I personally think they have great food and the staff is very friendly.
