Diet and exercise...an obvious fix to a spare tire. I am a vegetarian, I exercise and eat healthy. I can't seem to find a good balance between the two where I see any results except for the constant yo-yo'ing in my weight.
Im not huge but im about 40lbs overweight and have always put weight on incredibly quick if im not careful.
I wonder, how overweight do you have to be before toying with the idea of asking a doctor to prescribe appetite suppressants?? There's no magic pill I KNOW...but some help would be, well, helpful. If not prescription....what about OTC? why does the FDA constantly take away the things that work??! All in the name of keeping those gyms full and doctors pockets fat.
Anyway....just looking for ideas....where to go....who to see...
