Woman arrested in death

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- A North Richland Hills woman whose common-law husband died of malnutrition in May while under her care has been arrested in connection with his death, police said.

Ms. Halliburton never attempted to collect on Mr. Hoyes burial policy or insurance policy, rather followed instructions of Mr. Richard A. Hoyes instructions, she attempted to schedule a burial with the policies. Mr. Carl Hoye has been informed incorrectly. Mr. Richard Hoye and Ms. Lowesta Halliburton are married under common law for over 20 years.

Ms. Halliburton never attempted to collect on life insurance, the only policy that he had was a burial policy!

Funny that Lowesta (Ann) would attempt to "cash in on Richards life insurance", when she called me to borrow money to help her with the burial. In the 26 years I've know Ann & Richard, I never heard of Carl Hoye.

She should've been convicted for the theft ring she organized with young kids and the drugs and alcohol she supplied them for the illegal activities she organized.

James, Halliburton was not convicted for drugs or crime ring, what basis do you have for such statement, I do not recall you being in the court room, as I was.

Growing up with her daughter and being very close to them she would never do such a thing.. i pray she gets out on prole... she would NEVER do anything like that to Richard... or Buddy as the kids called him
