A little over a year ago I made a formal complaint to the Watauga Police Department that William Allen had racially profiled me. Granted, he later found out I had a warrant, but he really did profile me. The Watauga Police Department responded in a dismissive manner and I let it go. Besides, I had a warrant.

In my complaint I mentioned how William Allen followed me agressively even though I wasn't running away, how he took one look at me and swung around behind me to begin with, and how his attitude toward me struck me as unprofessional.

As he followed me I remember thinking that he was not just pursuing me because of my race, but probably also because I didn't appear to be intimidated when he stared at me. When we arrived at the Watauga jail after my arrest, as I got out of the car, handcuffed, I glanced over at him. He had this smirk on his face, like a naughty schoolboy after a particularly devious prank. I'll never forget that look. Every time I think of that day, it's that silly smirk I see.

Needless to say, I'm not surprised at reports about William Allen that suggest unprofessional behavior. Judging by the way he treated me, I knew it was only a matter of time.

I manufacture parts for sportbike riders so I am very familiar with this type of person. They think its cool to out run the cops and count on them not chasing them. I wish they could make a bike that was equal to the riders intellegence. Of course then the average sportbike riders bike would only go 20 mph tops. I personally think its funny when a sportbike rider gets hurt doing something stupid, standing on the gas tank of the bike going over 100 mph on the freeway or sitting on the handlebars and doing 100 mph plus wheelies with a passenger,thats just stupid and whenever I hear about one getting hurt to any degree I find myself laughing a little but I do love taking thier money. Some of them are really good guys and they stand out in a crowd, mainly because there not in a wheel chair.LOL!!!!
