This is a sad case and our government needs to act by raising taxes on alcohol big time, it ruins more lives than cigarettes ever have! Festivals and sporting events that serve alcohol need to be held accountable also. They pust the stuff and the consumers decisions get impaired the more they drink. Everyone says that he made the decision to drink and drive but, once he had consumed too much his decision process was affected. Cars need to be unacessable until one can pass a breathalyzer or these events need to be shuttle service safe ride only for attendee's PERIOD!!
