We are very happy that FedX is getting rich and will get richer after throwing 1700 people out of work.
Companies today have no loyalty to their workers or this country. They need to tighten their belts like the rest of us and keep people working even if the stockholders have to take less.

Employees cost money. Salaries,pensions,health benefits. Companies have gotten smart during this recession. They have learned to work over the fewer people they have left at the expense of laying off others. More pink slips equals more money for CEO'S. Just look at the salaries of the bailout banks. Did the top people take a pay cut? Hardly. Don't believe politicians when they say they will save or create jobs. Democrats or Republicans, they are giving our jobs away.
