Well, the Judge is not allowing the lesser charges of manslaughter, so the Jury must consider either aggravated murder or murder. Listening to the case for the past several days, the death of the unborn child was pretty much ignored, except for a few mentions here and there.

As far as I am concerned, he might have "not meant to kill" Jessie, but he sure as hell did not do a damn thing to try to save the unborn child by doing nothing -- except worrying about trying to save his own skin. The death of the unborn child is worthy of a more harsher charge and verdict against Cutts.

i just want to say that i hope Bobby Cutts gets what he deserves... My wife used to work along side little Bobby, for years... So i can assure you i know more about it than most... He's a manipulative, cheating, thug... Let him rot, or give him death...either way he's better off out of society

I am a retired police officer and want make a brief comment: I feel for this fellow officer - but in no way buy into his "pathetic" story and facade displayed.
He knew what he was doing - and without regard for life - family members - and the law - He killed these two human beings.
If the court doesn't find him guilty - shame on them!

Why do you call him "her lover"?? I don't believe he ever loved her; he only loves himself. He should be called: "her murderer".

P Robinson, you don't make sense. What do you mean you "feel for the fellow officer"? I agree with Jim who said: "Jesus, make this dirt bad pay for this". I have been praying for the jury to make the right decision.

Shame on him for what he has done. I hope he gets the death penalty and if they come back with that verdict-I hope they don't make a color issue out of what the jury decided! He broke the law and knew what he was doing! I worked with officers before and you have a few bad apples among the bunch and they give a bad name to good officers...it's a shame he used his badge the way he did. He makes my stomach turn...dirt bag thug trying to pull a fast one! He doesn't deserve to sit in prison...death penalty and let Jessie's family flip the switch or anyone of the searchers that looked for her body while he sat there going about his daily life for 9 days!

Can someone explain to me why the mattress was almost off the box spring and table was knoked over? Bobby said he hit her in the throat and she hit the carpet and got knocked out. But why the matteress pushed over if they didnt really have actual struggle? I dont buy the elbow to the throat thing. if thats true she wouldve been alive of some sort. Yes, he is guilty of taking the body and the deathofild. I leaning towards life in prison w/out parole. The other half(how shedied) i dont understand. Unless he doesnt want be like jessie? I need youre feedback thanks.

He claims he fell down on the bed in disbelief and knocked the mattress into the table. Yeah, tell us another one! What a crock of BS he is trying to feed to everyone! He'll burn in hell eventually

i really feel he strangled her to death. I don't know if he went there intending to kill her, but it probably didn't take much for him to do it. He hated the fact that she was pregnant and he didn't want that baby girl; he already had 2 girls and 1 son. He used poor Jesse for one thing. He was done with her and that baby girl. He had his son and his current wife and other girlfirends. HE DIDN'T WANT JESSE OR THAT BABY-JUST LIKE SCOTT PETERSON.

Mr. Cutts could use some acting classes. His testimony was most unconvincing, especially the bit about not knowing how to use the cell phone. The jury needs to send this murdered right to jail, for the rest of his miserable life. Death is too good for this scum. Let prison justice take care of him. Maybe his cry baby tears will save him from Big Bubba!

This guy thinks everybody is stupid. Only problem is that none of his testimony makes sense. If the jury goes for his BS, there's something really wrong with our justice system. They need to fry him up, just as soon as he's strapped in the chair!

The trial is over and the judge is giving instructions to the jury...and Mr. Cutts is yawning???? I'll tell you, if this was my trial, it would be hard for me to keep from having to running to the bathroom.

There is a complete pattern here. Character is totally lacking, as is credibility. As the prosecutor said, "Actions speak louder than words."

I will mention this, Patty Porter has been a rock through this and her faith has been a beacon for many.

I could not agree more. I do not understand why more emphasis on the unborn baby was not established by the prosecution.
