Would a policeman with an exemplary record consider stopping at a friend's house to play video games, while on duty?
Lock him up for the rest of his wasted life.

He said Cutts is a ''responsible and attentive father who took his kids everywhere''

Yea -- He was so attentive he sent one of his kids to Heaven before she even took her first breath.
Lets give him the Father of the Year award ...

Why is the ex-wife testifying for him???? After all of this and she's still defending him! He cheated on her numerous times and she's acting like a doormat.

His mother "never had any trouble out of him."

I don't think I'd call any of the following being a model citizen or a child a mother would be proud of:
Dropping out of college, foregoing a scholarship, because you're irresponsible
Knocking up a plethora of women to whom you're not married
Admittedly killing your pregnant lover and viable baby

His mother would obviously say or do anything to keep her child from dying......if only Bobby had learned the same from her.

Satan is also "a responsible and attentive father."

Any so-called lawyer defending a mudering cop under such vile and horrific circumstances should be roasted along with the Defendant.

"Your Tax Dollars" hard at work in Hell, folks.

So responsible that he left his 2 year old child home while he disposed of the boy's mother's body like a piece of garbage....

Lets see... he should be left behind just like Blake was. But instead of just leaving him behing, leave him there and throw out the key

"Jones, a worker with the city of Canton, told jurors that Cutts excelled in school, academically and athletically. She said he was close to his sister, and his father, at least before his parents' divorce when Cutts was five years old."

And your point is WHAT, Mom?

IF his attorney's were court-appointed, they don't have a choice. And given his financial situation, I would guess they were.

Mrs. Jones that was a very sentimental comment about your son. It is also sad that Jessie Davis' mother probably has those same sentimental thoughts about her daughter too! Only thing is she will not be able to speak or see her daughter again, or ever cuddle the new baby that she was excited to see. Your son did commit a crime that he being a police office should have never crossed his mind to do. No one deserves what that young lady went through and the saddest part is that it was his own child, and too make matters worse he left his son in the house. Mrs. Jones your son obliviously has some serious problems that maybe you and your family never seen. Bobby Cutts should go to jail and do the hard time just like any other cold blooded murderer. For him to be allowed to do anything else would be a insult to that young ladies family. When you do the crime you must do the time...wrong is wrong.

I agree, she needs to move on and let him take this by himself. I hope she doesn't get up on the stand and try to make Jessie look like the villian as she did before. She is not the villian, just a young lady that loved life and her son, and just hooked up with the wrong fella. The wife should have been gone when she found out he was a cheater!

It is my prayer that he doesn not get the death penalty. I think he should get life. Because at some point his children will have questions for him that only he can answer. At this point it is not about him, but about what is best for the children.

''responsible and attentive father who took his kids everywhere''

I guess Myron Watson wasn't in the courtroom when Cutts said he left his son alone and unattended because he wasn't a priority at the time.

If Bobby was such a great dad he would have stayed put with his wife and not screw around. Animals do better by their young than Bobby did with his assortment of kids. If he knew Blake would tell he would have had him laying next to jessie in the woods. I wonder how many times he kicked himself in the butt for leaving Blake alone?
