I grew up in richfield it was 98% white. Now it is 60-70% Non white. the crime rate has went nuts!! I supposes I am r a c i s t to bring this up right?
But you bring in Pawn shops and what do you expect? The neighbors have fought like crazy to get rid of the pawn shops but to no avail. Add a few check cashing places and you have yourself a certified slum.
