Mr. Latimer was an honorable man who was related to my Great Grandmother. The Latimers were also some of the oldest settlers in Red River Co. Along with my other relatives the Mauldins. I guess that makes me kin to just about everyone in Red River County. LOL!

My great grandmother was Isabella Selena Latimer. They called her Mamie.
