Dallas police act after woman cited for not speaking English

City Council members are demanding answers in the wake of a News 8 story about a woman who was ticketed because she couldn't speak English.

Dr chopra put his GA Swarup Sengupta at University Housing in Anil chourasia's university Hosuing apartment without housing knowledge.
But Chourasia had made me his room mate and left for India for short term.
Dr. chopra acted as if he owned Chourasia's University housing apartment just because he worked under him.
But it was Dr. chopra student swarup sengupta who took his name at University housing and then it was Dr. Ragunath Singh's wife shakuntala who complained to University Housing about Dr. Chopra putting this Swarup Sengupta at anil chourasia apartment. But the University housing already knew that Dr. chopra put Swarup sengupta at University housing because Swarup Sengupta had already told them about that. Then it was housing director who called Dr Chopra about it.
And It was Dr chopra who did put swarup sengupta at Anil chourasia apartment.
But to save his friendship with Dr chopra, Mr. Ragunath singh found a scapegoat in me. And blamed everything on me.
From then on
Dr. Chopra make ugly venegeul faces at me when ever I saw him at University in commerce. This man asked my grade when I saw him at University bookstore. When he came to know I made apoor grade, he walked away laughing! A physics professor who acted without ascertaining the facts Directing his wrath at innocent person.
Amazingly Dr. chopra then must have recommened Swarup Sengupta to New Mexico State University the man responsible for giving his name to university Housing! And because of whom the housing director called him! But that he blamed me for! without talking to me! or finding out the truth.
