The first month we sent thebill back to Wachovia and in June of 2008 we walked the bill down to her house.

Here comes May 2009, and we got the neighbor's bill again.
I do not believe this is a case of identity theft, as this bill does not show under our credit report (we are in the middle of bankruptcy, so I have a current copy of our report)

I believe this is an illegal act (falsifying ones address) but what can we do?
