District Attorney urges DNA sampling in immigration reform

San Bernardino District Attorney, Michael A. Ramos, drafted a hand-delivered a letter to Speaker of the House John Boehner and the Senate majority leader Senator Harry Reid asking for DNA collection to be added to a proposed immigration reform package.

Two yr work prmt. Work and pay tax. Zero police record come back then u get another three yr wrk prmt do the same come bk and get five year or enemy residence do everything as last five yrs apply for five more yr of residency yes they cn hv family etc. but one condition no free ride like welfare food stamp free health care etc u agree all of these come bk with finger printing and DNA clearance v r ready to work with u. One misdemeanor u r out of the USA.

No one more qualified to write this letter. He know's the criminal intent of half the California illegals coming to commit crimes. If they don't get DNA, they will never have a true accounting of who's here and who does not belong here. Ramos.... yes sir. Good move.

It would be a way to weed out some of the lechers who pretend to be something they aren't. But this statement: "If they want to really be here on some form of work visa, or whatever Congress decides on a path to citizenship, I want to make sure they're law abiding," Ramos said." Come on, they are living in this country illegally, therefore they are not law-abiding. They break more than one law just by being here, undercutting somebody of his/her job, and then getting to that job. Does anybody even understand what it means to be law-abiding anymore?
