He was an empty figurehead who traded arms to Iran for hostages.
The Cult of Reagan is full of creeps.
Was FDR an empty figurehead when he promoted the Lend-Lease program?

Lend-lease was legal.
Iran-Contra violated the law against selling arms to Iran, and it violated the Boland amendment against giving aid to the Contras.

Don't forget that he increased the deficit more than any President in history by simultaneously building up the military complex and cutting taxes. Also, he was the father of Amnesty with no strings.

People make him out to be this great big hero but he did more to harm the American people than Osama Bin Laden. The repercussions of his Presidency will be felt for the next hundred years or more.

Gee, which party president(s) propped up and supported Castro, The Shah of Iran and multiple dictators in South America?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

And, had they proven Iran-Contra, those involved should have been punished. But for liberals, the lack of convincing evidence is only evidence that something did happen.

And so the cycle continues.

Don't forget Johnson's Great Society...how much have we spent on that over the years?

How successful are those programs? Why, we have Rev. Jesse Jacka$$ and Rev. Al Simpleton from those...among other liberal successes!
