I lived and worked in Reynoldburg for over 25 years and put three kids through Rey schools. Thank you to the teachers, however, the administration has done nothing but go DOWNHILL. I didn't vote for their firt levy but I did vote for the 2nd levy even though my kids are out of school. I would NEVER vote for another one until everyone holding their positions now are replaced. But the better part for me was I was finally able to leave Reynoldsburg so I won't get to vote again - the only thing I can do is urge everyone to replace this fool who is getting rich on our childrens backs!

Typical old boys network still going strong in Reynoldsburg Schools! Where are the board members heads at? Oh thats right, one is at the same country club and the other wife's postion is now a principal.

Are the voters aware that we only have 23 custodians in the district? You do the math, 12 buildins, 2 are high schools, means less than 2 per building? Are you kidding me. Oh that's right, we only had 3 doing the current cleaning at the Livingston building, so 2 or even 1 and half can manage, NOT!!

We keep cutting teachers and support staff, but invent new administration positions!! Why do we have an HR admin, a new Elemenatry Admin at $101,000, replace the E-Stem leader with a new hire and give her a $11,000-12,000 raise? Why do we have a public relations person?

You guessed it, friends of the top dogs!! We need to end this insanity now, I will remeber this as should all the voters in Reynoldsburg. We need leaders who put the kids first, not cronies scratching each others backs!!!

I, along with many others I suspect, hope Swpoe and his friends on the board remember this when they want voters to vote for another levy..At a time when everyone else is taking pay cuts and wage freezes they give this clown a $25K pay raise? There will be no more levies supported in this household..
Mr. Swope has needed to go for sometime. Vote people! Vote him out and vote no, again an again!!

Dackin certainly is no gem!

This is so disturbing on every level.
I do not like this town anymore....will leave within 3-4 years and will never look back.
Good luck selling your house. Section eighters seeing to property value decreases. This town is toast!

Yep - the city has allowed section 8 to take over at the minimum the whole west side of Reynoldsburg. I know because I lived there for over 18 years (on the west side) my property value dropped by the thousands - the only people who will buy anything over there is someone who can turn into section 8 housing. Houses for sale sit for months or years - who would want to live in that trashy part of Reynoldsburg and good luck getting any help if your burglarized. What I got was a lecture on how I wasn't "robbed" I was "burglarized".. It would be nice if they could ever catch the punks but that doesnt happen either. Reynoldsburg is a JOKE now!

Its funny my daughter used to attend Reynoldsburg Schools and her friends that still attend the schools there call Reynoldsburg "Ghettoburg" I find this amusing. Reynoldsburg used to be such a great place to live the corruption in that pathetic town made me move to a land far far away.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Aquarius

There simply aren't enough hours in the day today for you to do everything that's on your list, so concentrate on the priorities. Don't feel guilty about what's been left out and start to worry about it. This isn't an easy day because you're feeling pressured and anxious, so don't expect too much from yourself. There's less energy than usual, which doesn't help.
