I thought we give the school $50M each year, built the McCoy, pass tax levy after levy, pay the teachers more despite falling ratings, all in the name of protecting property values.
I call BS on all that!
And Barry lovers please don't respond with if we hadn't done all that the damage would be worse!

I am afraid that without significant creation of high-paying jobs in the NA area, property values will continue to decline. Historically, property values track income. New Albany also has a surplus of last-century McMansions, expensive to maintain and not really practical for today's families.

Finally new albany meets the rest of the world! Not sure how they will survive.
