That is incredibly rotten of this person to intentionally dare a homeless man to do something like this!!! KNOWING darn well that this homeless man would certainly take advantage for even 5 dollars. I am appauled.. its sad that some people haven't learned that you cannot get by doing anyone wrong.. Even to the homeless!!! They have feelings too..

I happen to know the young man who "joked" with this homeless person. He is a good kid that made a mistake! The homeless man was a regular who did odd jobs to earn a few bucks at the Waffle House. Both men knew each other and the homeless man was aware of what was in the drink. The employee of the Waffle House was young and did not think the man would drink it. If anyone is to blame it is the homeless man's sister who threw him out on the street. Of course she is the loudest crier about this incident. Give the kid a break!

There is no excues. Whether the man knew what it was or not! It is crule! If you were homeless you would probably drink anything that was given to you as well. A good kid would not do such a thing. If anything he should have been brought a waflle from his place of employment.

That stuff is acid based and he knew that. Even if you get it on your hands, it burns like a mother. Called skor, nasty stuff.
The employee was a low life who was just plain mean. Defend him all you want, the law doesn't care.
