We are selling our house and going to move into a condo in Everett. Family still lives here. Any suggestions on which condo ?

My advice would be to buy a condo anywhere else and visit your family in Everett. Just my opinion.

Good advice

Better advice would be to buy a condo elsewhere and write letters
:)

I thought the Park Place apartments are rentals. Can you buy a condo there?

All are privately owned. Only a few owners rent them out.

They could just walk over to lovely School Street for a Thanksgiving banquet.
I'm sure the residents are "celebrating" on their front porches today
(just like every other day of the year)
It really begs the question,
exactly how crappy is the inside of your house if you spend 90% of your day on the front porch?
