Restaurant Review: Floating Rock
When I was in grad school, there was a nearby cheap pan-Asian noodle place where we'd often grab lunch between classes.

Floating Rock is a joke, to call it authentic khmer cuisine.
looking at the menu they have thai, chinese... and nothing really authenics of khmer food except a few dishes.
Pretty sad for this kinda of khmer resturant to represent Authentic Khmer Food.
Another Cambodian resturant that doesn't know what it mean to be khmer. Is it just a business or are you Cambodian has no pride. Just look down on your own culture and food.
Call khmer food the way we call it and not what other people call it. jeezzzzzzz

No one care about our own culture now; they care only about their pockets. Some government officers do not even know what is the culture of Khmer ...

You are right bro. Its really sad... one day khmer wouldn't know what is khmer and what is not. I think most don't know, they are confuse about what is khmer. I think most khmer are still ashame to call themselves khmer or cambodian.
Like Pen Sovan stated in his transcript: governmnet offical aren't khmer but vietnamese. from top position to the local policeman.

I guess Cambodian Resturants can't serve just Authenic Cambodian Dishes without having to put Thai and Chinese food on the menu.
