Don't Pawn shops receive stolen goods? My nephew has had to get law enforcement to get his property back that was stolen and then taken to Sonny's Pawn Shop at Revelo. How is it they aren't held liable for the same law of receiving stolen property as we are? They can't say they do not know it was stolen because they do have lists of current felons responsible for stealing and resale.

everyone has to make money. i am sure if the pawn shop thought for a minute that the items were stolen, they would have call the "law enforcement" their self.
