Killer arrested on new charges
Following a grand jury indictment, state and local authorities yesterday arrested Kevin George Garr and charged the Madison County man with five counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

How does one plead guilty and legally not admit to guilt? And if not found guilty by a judge or jury but serves time on a plea to avoid possible conviction, how can you call that person"killer"? Just asking.
