I absolutely agree. Where is a smoker's right to smoke. I just get boiled up over hear the radical zealots saying 2nd hand smoke is soooo dangerous. If that were true, everyone in their 50s would be dead. When we were kids, everyone smoked, everywhere including the grocery store and movies. I'm sick of hearing it. can't the "mommies" start on something else. And, I haven't had a cigarette since Nov 1994

I would say stay away where we smoke.
Any one who supports bans on legal items, high taxes on legal items and infringement on private property rights are not a true American. Comrade BIG PICTURE.

The Nazi's want it all. When they do not get it they go whining to their nanny government. They pretty much have the mentally of a 3 year old who does not get its way.

I have an idea. Start an advertising blitz for smokers to increase their habit to at least 4 or 5 packs a day minimum.

I don't ask you smokers to smell my crap smell when I drop a load, so why should I have to smell your crap when you smoke. Yes all smokers smell like an ashtray and their breath smells like they just ate a pile of crap. Give the non-smokers a break and go cough your flem somewhere else..

What a loser this Putz is, he thinks the whole world should revolve around HIS harmful smoking habit. He said they were the only ones in the bar. Was it a self-service bar? No employees?
How oblivious to his surroundings and the people he's harming with his second hand smoke. Employees are not second class citizens. Second Hand Smoke is harmful and has no place in ANY business, public or private.
These smoking restrictions are passed to protect the employees of all businesses. Like it or not! They are being passed to protect the business owners from future lawsuits brought by current and former employees. With the overwhelming evidence about the hazards of second hand smoke, lawsuits will soon be on the horizon. The owners knew about the hazards and did nothing, the local, state and federal governments knew about the hazards of second hand smoke and did nothing. Well, now the local and state governments ARE finally implementing smoking restrictions fearing future major lawsuits the same as asbestos lawsuits happened a decade ago.
This guy is a loser, plain and simple.
