missing home

A side from the inappropriate comments regarding my family and I on this forum, I consider FALLS CITY my hometown. I miss it everyday of my life and I am hoping to move home soon. I moved away looking for a better life and what I lost was who I was, missing all the things I used to do when I was home.

I have been reading the forum about how people hate the kids in Falls City, the grocery store, the cops, their neighbors...and I wish everyone could see what I see.

Falls City has issues yes, but there are so many advantages to living in a small town. I miss seeing familiar faces in the grocery store...watching my neighbors kids grow up with my kids...seeing the town come together in a tragedy, cheer on the athletics, attending community events like cobblestone.

Memories that change people, make people want to help and care for others...there is a calm serenity when I come home to visit. Nothing changes much, houses look the same, people look the same..it is comforting.

It is hard for me to put into words how Falls City has affected my life, my values and my morals. I know there is drama everywhere, but look hard at what you have in front of you...the big cities in California are nothing to the comfort of a small town.....see u soon

- I moved away from here years ago too!! I know you VERY well carrie. i am glad to hear that you may be moving back home. F*** the people on here saying stupid shit. FC aint that bad. I am married now too and have a baby on the way. no one starts S*** with me or my family. I can guarantee that if people say S*** on here they dont have the F***ing balls to say it to your face. you know me as KT. I think of you often. glad to hear you are still alive!!! LOL!!!

well, i was not trying to impress anyone living in Auburn (lived there before,,i was not impressed)....but yes KT I am doing quite well...married..5 kids...i have the crazy life...but i have an amazing husband and am quite happy here.. i regret to say i am not moving home at this specific time but will maybe in 5 yrs or so. my teenage sons wants to finish high school here with their friends...so they come first in my life and whatever they want they usually get. But im not upset anout it..i usually come home every other month or so to see family, so i dont feel i am missing much. OMG>>u have a baby on the way..that is so cool. I have tried to look u up when I am home but never have any luck. we sure had some kick ass times together...keep writing KT

Auburn is a happenin town but I live and post from FC and I was saying I was "not impressed" by your friends trashy mouth. But I guess we should consider the crowd huh?
