There are good reasons why professionals are tasked with project designs and newspapers are tasked with reporting the news.
Unfortunately, the only people doing their job correctly are the professionals, not the news reporters.
The fact is that the Canyons project is one of the best designed hillside developments in the City of Bakersfield. There are many miles of trails, multiple staging ares for recreational uses, and a much needed property tax base to be had.
The site as it sits now is an eye sore at best with lots of admitted trespassers making it even more of an eye sore.

Derick- Shut up and go back to bakersfield. You developers are not wanted in placerville. Take all your ILLEGAL ALIEN employees with you when you go. You are just a greedy jew who wants to shit in someone elses backyard while you live somewhere else.
