Father, 3 Children Missing In Sierra Snow
“It bothers me and I want them home and warm.”
Rescue teams were searching Wednesday for a Northern California man and his three children who haven't been seen since they walked into the rugged mountains of Butte County in search of a Christmas tree.
Rescue workers are hoping that 38-year-old Frederick Dominguez and his children -- 18-year-old Christopher, 14-year-old Alexis and 12-year-old Joshua -- were able to find shelter somewhere after setting off near the community of Inskip on Sunday.
Dominguez's pickup truck was found Monday night parked along a mountain road. There was no sign of damage to the vehicle. More than a foot of snow had fallen in the area by late Tuesday. Read more
