I am sure they were trying to devise ways to impede the implementation of the ADA in regard to trail usage.
Instead of working with the community as a whole and excepting that the disabled folks like to recreate and see the country as much as anyone else.

nobody is opposed to appropriate mototorized vehicles being used by disabled people on non-motorized trails.

well the trail old history any way know it,s a none motorized beer hall. maybe they can raise money to fix the trail that washed out in the last rain heard they pluged up the drains so the motorized handi cap couldnt use the trail

@ gary nobody is opposed to appropriate mototorized vehicles being used by disabled people on non-motorized trails. You forgot to mention as long as they do 3 mph. with your cohorts plan.
Are you going to restrict joggers to 3 mph?
Are you going to restrict bicycles to 3 mph?

Fact is as long as the leftist are in control of the trail, no work is getting done.

the trail has been a complete sham with broken promises ( oh the grant money didn't come threw )Thousands of dollars spent and No return back to the old time residents. just pot holes in the streets. now is the time to vote out the commissioner that let the rails be taken out in the first place and vote in some lady that will make the trail a place to be used bye the local people . HAS THE PRESIDENT OF RAILS TO TRAILS EVER WALKED THE FULL ROUTE saw him drive it in his pickmeup truck
