Have you seen the autopsies? I have. The cases are still open and I am assured by all THREE detectives there is no statute of limitations on murder. Why did she kill her dog to get him in trouble? How sick is that? I've seen the neglect of the children and heard about it from neighbors and ex friends. What about the prostitution? DO you want to see the Craigslist ads she put up? DO you want statements from the police and EMT's when she cut herself in front of her own children, my niece and my daughter? WHat about the fake cancer and illnesses? The fake rape? the fake attack from the "black man" when she stabbed herself with her own knife? These are documented facts AMTRAK. Those who help these two get away with abuse, neglect and the death of small children are as guilty. I'm not saying talk to Facebook. It's implied that the authorities who I've mentioned several times are waiting for someone to say something. The great grandmother of these children an accomplished writer flew to MT to tell all her children and all involved to not cooperate and keep their mouths shut. A "Christian" author. Flocking together to avoid their "good" name in the church? Disgusting. I'm trying to find Justice for them while people like you keep sweeping it under the rug.

Well, Cheyl, I just spoke to Mike DeShields of the National Center for Missing & Exploited and guess what he told me? They are not investigating these deaths! I repeat THEY ARE NOT INVESTIGATING THESE DEATHS!! He says they don't meet their criteria. So YOU Cheryl are flat out lying! Nobody has to believe me. CALL Mike DeShields yourself! He is very clear on what their mission is.

Since you claim to be so knowledgeable on this case- explain a few things... Craigslist prostitution. I would also like to hear how you blame Tommy for the Darby and Kiera's deaths when, on both occasions, he was across the country. I hope that you are smart enough not to believe that Darby passed away of SIDS (as the mother has been saying). It is highly unlikely for a child that is that old to die of Sudden INFANT Death Syndrome. How about the picture that the family has of Darby when he was at their house for the weekend and he has old fingerprint bruises on his wrist? Now how about Kiera? Falling out of a bathtub and on to a carpeted floor doesnt cause severe brain injury. I work in a daycare. I deal with kids who fall and hit their head on a regular basis. If it was a bad fall, how come they didnt they take Kiera to the ER for examination? Ignorance is no excuse so dont even try to explain it that way. Everyone knows about concussions and everyone knows that they can be deadly. If you just lost one child, wouldnt you be over protective and make very sure that nothing happened to your other children? I'm sorry, but give me a break. All you did here was attack Tommy. The kind of crap that happens in divorce court. This isnt about Tommy and Julia, this is about the sudden and tragic deaths of two beautiful, tiny, and fragile souls. PS..did Julia go to her daughters funeral? Did she help pay for the funerals? I think Tommy's military benefits took care of quite a bit of them..right?

Secondly, I never blamed Tommt for their deaths.

Craigslist? I would like to see the documentation on that, which Cheryl freely offers up, but never delivers. I suspect the timeline doesn't match.

The report that I read stated "most likely SIDS".

And Eva, about the picture of Darby with bruises on his shins, show me a picture and any child that age without bruises on their shins. That's just a stupid statement. Cheryl posts stories of Julia's behaviour in Georgia, which by the way contradict her posts at that time, but when I post about Tommy's behaviour, it becomes not about them?? Hypocritical, much?

And yes Julia DID go to Kiera's funeral in Missouri. Why should Tommy's military benefits NOT pay for the funerals? Isn't that what it was for after all? Why complain about using money for it's purpose??

Tommy had to take out a loan to pay for the funeral and he is still paying it back. He helped with most of Kiera's funeral. Both headstones he bought with the 10.000. insurance money for Darby. He also paid several bills julia had let run up as he thought she was paying the bills but was buying drugs and partying with it. If I can make up a 12 page autopsy you can make up a folded up little news article. Everyone in this picture knows the caliber of both families and with the persecution complex of the savage family and their cult religion they will never listen to any kind of reason but go on about their deadly way of caring for their young. I will post no more as these lower life forms who are in league with the animals who killed my grandchildren in the cover up of their deaths and their noncompliance with the authority's requests to cooperate take away from my finding them justice as well as my finding Justice for all children who are being killed by abuse and neglect.

I don't remember accusing you of making up an autopsy. I do however think that there are serious discrepancies in the autopsy that you have.

And with the documented proof I have of Tommy's abuse toward Julia, I would have left him more than broke and in debt. Are you willing to publish those military records?

OMGoodness, where do I start?

First of all, why do you assume that anybody that doesn't support your STORY is Julia or her family? Does that mean that I should assume that all of your supporters are either you yourself or your family?

I would also like to say that I, along with a friend of mine, have been researching this case for a long time. We intended to start a Facebook page to show the lies that have been told about everything involved. After much consideration, we decided that we do not want to disrespect these children's names through a Facebook page as Cheryl Hodges has chosen to do and doing so would only result in more bashing and arguing as has been the result of these post. I also was a little sickened with how Cheryl seemed to delight in the attention that she got from these posts and how she seemed disappointed when nothing resulted.

Now, let's use a little logic here. Cheryl said, " As for the Craigslist prostitution solicitation Tommy has it and I will get it. The emails from her "clients" she hacked into his email and deleated them."

Why would HER "clients" be emailing Tommy and why would she have to hack into his email to delete them?? Does this make sense to anybody?

Do you have the military police report, Cheryl? Do you have the documents that say that it was THE MILITARY POLICE who believed that it was Tommy and not a "black man" who attacked her? The same document that says Tommy was arrested and charged for abuse!! Are we to believe that Julia is so clever that she outwitted the United States Army Military Police?

When you went to Georgia to their house, IF it was so disgusting, that means that your son was living in filth of his own free will, also. If all of these things were going on, why didn't YOU call Children's Services? Why didn't her "ex friend" call? I have a screenshot of a post from this "ex friend" that completely supports Julia when she left Tommy and it seems that they were friends for a period of time after that. If all of this crazy stuff was going on in Georgia, why didn't YOU or this FRIEND, report it? After all, "He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it". Right, Cheryl??

I will keep researching and collecting documented proof surrounding this story. If you have anything of the sort, rather than your ever changing story, why don't you at least show it to your supporters?

You do realize that slander/libel and harassment are illegal, right? I hope you can prove these statements. And cyber bullying is a felony.
