The limited access HOV lanes on HW 167 are a nightmare! My family has been stuck in completely stopped traffic looking longingly at the HOV lane and unable to get over to them because the access point was a mile or two down the road and we couldn't cross the double line, even though we had 4 people in the car, while watching car after car of single drivers crossing the double line like it was their personal passing lane. All of that for 30,000 drivers at a $1 a piece!!! The cost for converting 167 had to be 100s of times higher that what they've taken in.
