I urge you to take your business elsewhere. This is a dishonest shop. Ken Jones is the manager of transmission experts in renton also known as A1 clutch and brake and i am telling you plain and simple he should be working at a used car lot. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I've had nothing but good experiences at A-1. Ken has always been up front about what needs to be done with my cars. I have all my regular maintenance done at A-1, and when something horrible happens, Ken has always been there to help me sort out my problems.

Ken has been "working" on my car for 6 months now. He got paid for the "work" and I'm out a car and $2500. Add to that he never calls when he says he will.

Ken is a liar and a theif. He said he put a newly rebuilt transmission in my sons Toyota Sienna but after 2 weeks of working on the car the original transmission was still in the car AFTER he said he had replaced it. We identified the transmission by the VIN number on the transmission which matches the VIN on the car. Ken hides behind his employees and claims he does not know what they are doing. Ken is a liar and a crook. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I can top that -- Ken Jones "worked" on my car for one year and four months, then the Renton Police Dept investigated him and shut him down and ran him out of business. Ken Jones left my car, along with 6 other people's cars, in the Subway parking lot next to his shop. All of the cars were towed and were auctioned off, unless each person somehow found out their car had been towed, and paid the outrageous fees to reclaim their cars. He is the most horrible person I've ever EVER known. He's a LIAR and a THIEF and a DISGUSTING man.

Some people's cars have been auctioned off without their knowledge! Join my lawsuit against KEN JONES, the biggest scammer, liar and thief in Washington. The Renton Police Department have a huge file on Ken Jones, and would be happy to hear about any additional illegal or questionable scams he's done.
