did any one hear that that peace of shit wade got busted for passion of 25 grams of bud i hope he goes back to jail he killed a kid that was 15 years old an got off due to the key snitch in the case decided not to tell the truth about what they did that night so they gave him the max on a assault charge he got 10 years for hitting a kid in the face with a shovel i think people like that should not be let out in the fist place

ok...sooo you ppl think you know sooo much. first and foremost...joey and wade are two of my best friends...and andy was one of my really good friends too. there's nothing anyone can do about what happened now, so why talk about it.

and joey backed out for the sake of his own life and safety. and no one can really say who was telling the truth about what happened that night. joey told me that he lied about what he said and he only said it bc he didn't know what really happened. we were alll so fucked up on drugs back then...them more so than anyone.

and as for the assault charge...wade used that shovel after it was used on him. johnny mac was one of my good friends at the time too...and i heard from everyone at the fight, lisbon and ogdensburg people...ray brought the shovel over and hit wade with it first bc he was pounding john and then wade took the shovel from him and then hit john with it when ray's bitch ass ran.

soo all you ppl who think you know everything...need to just mind your own business bc you don't know as much as you think you do.

and as for the bud...it wasn't even wade's and he's not going to get in trouble for it bc the person who left it in his car came forward and is going to take the blame for it.

Oh, and this site isn't to just talk shit about 'defenseless' people. We have a right to know who's back living among us-and how miserably our legal personnel is performing their job. Defenseless is what Andy was when he got dumped in the river-lowlife pertains to someone that can treat another human like that, regardless of what drugs they are consuming and lame applies to the court/system for releasing him. You should have defending andy this strongly, then maybe justice would have been served

and i'm sure all you know about andy's death is what you read in the paper. i know a lil bit more. i had the PI's at my house and i was brought in for questioning by the police and i was part of that crowd. there's a lot more behind what happened. nobody was innocent in that whole situation. innocence came when a life was lost. anyway..i'm not going to waste my breath defending me and my friends to someone who doesn't know jackshit about the ppl involved. keep reading the papers...you'll save the world someday lol. hahahahaha

Aly, I know way more than news media about Andy's death. I was in court waiting to testify when Joannette sat there with his mommy shaking like crazy waiting to testify. And no, if our DA/judges did their job-justice should be served here, not by God alone. Ask Andy's family if they feel the past is just the past every birthday, every Christmas. I am not saying that Wade couldn't have sobered up and grown up. I am just saying if that was my son, he never would have had the chance to see daylight
