Historic Reno theater donated to Artown festival

The Lear Theater in downtown Reno has been donated to the nonprofit group that runs Reno's annual summer arts festival in hopes of jump-starting longtime plans to renovate the historic building and providing more resources for Artown organizers.

This is great news, I remember that building and it is such a great location too.

I hope that the Artown can move forward on the renovations and bring this wonderful place back to life.
