The Capital Murder charged was dropped, which, I believe means that they won't seek the death penalty.

If one person has been the victim of state sponcered premeditated murder as a result of over zealous cops and prosecuters that death smears the whole system of justice. There have been a plethora of cases found to be lacking and falsely accused people have suffered years in prisons for no real reason as a result. Let him rot in jail if he's guilty but murder in the name of justice, yeh, that makes a lot of sense.
