Major Changes Coming to Shopping Center

William Heafner, president of Piedmont Companies, Inc. and owner of Carolina Shopping Center, announces some major changes coming to the shopping center, including the addition of several new tenants and a facelift for the building.

Tenant not Tenants...so I imagine just one...but I wonder how they are gonna squeeze that into that center...so it has to be Holtz becoming a new eating place.

It could probably use a whole redo and rebuild.

But a quick sandwhich shop right there that close to the hospital much like Moms Sub it would make a killing easy.
