REHOBOTH: Town to pay fees in campaign sign case

A federal judge in Wilmington has ordered Rehoboth Beach to pay more than $171,000 to a former candidate for mayor who complained city work crews removed and destroyed his campaign signs.
This is absolutely crazy. If this is the case, the canidates should be charged for removing all their junk signs after elections.
