Well, I think the writer should spend a couple minutes reading a dictionary and learn how to spell 'caffeinated'. Setting a bad example...

Maybe the money came from people who owed fines for over due books.Or donations.I don't know.I think it is a good idea though.We have to many kids that don't like to read and when they grow up they face reading problems.I think having the reading program is a good thing, and hopefully their parents are having the kids read out loud to them.
