Rehoboth Beach is the epitome of the charming, family-oriented, old-fashioned-but keeping-up-with-the-times beach community. While other communities have succumbed to the lure of over-building and McMansionizing, the wisdom of community leaders like Sam Cooper have helped to maintain what we all love to return to for our annual week at the beach.
