The man in question had permission to be off,then when he returned he notified them that he was quiteing as he turned in hi uniforms and city issued cell phone.

He was not all at fault. There were others that were responsable as well even more so the him. I do think that he should have give some notice that he was leaving like maybe a week, but people are trying to make him out to be some kind of a cruel or bad man...HE IS NOT. You should have seen the dogpound condition before he took the job. He did a lot better job than he is getting credit for. A LOT BETTER..

The fact is that everyone involved dropped the ball and allowed animals to suffer. The entire system needs to be re-evaluated and corrected. Someone should go to jail.

first before putting blame. Travis Cessor was
having problems with his wife and did not do the
job he was hired to do,so he is the one to blame.
When you get paid to do a job,you should do it and that's that.

Self, in Tillar. Dermott has a system as anywhere else , if you can not be there then the job falls to the man that is over him to step in or see that someone dose the job. You can't blame one person, who they knew was not there, with permission, without pointing the finger at ones that were there that should've steppped in and saw to the animals..those at the city shop knew who clocked in and who did'nt. The pound is right there close to the city shop..any of the others could have simpley walked over there and checked on the dogs..Travis feed the dog and water them and cleaned their cages out regularly. He turned fans on to cool the building for them when it was real hot. I wish that those that are so fired up wanting to get a rope and hang someone could have seen the mess that He had to straighten up when he got the job.It looks a lot like they are just trying to use him as an excape goat to take the blame. And by the way we have a lot of stray animals running all over town. Try to walk without a stick sometime..

let me tell you somthing self . travis might have been having trouble with his wife but that don't give him any reason not to do his job taking care of the dogs and the mayor of dermott not doing his job making sure the dogs are taking care of because he does'nt care . all the mayor cares about is the city money he's keeping for himself

it's travis cessor faught for not doing his job taking care of the dogs and it's the mayor of dermott faught for not making sure the person hired to take care of the dogs is doing his job . all the mayor cares about is that city money he's spending on his self

Dermott have more problems than starving dogs. The entire city must come together and rebuild. Those that think they have but in reality don't and the ones that don't have and care less should come to grapple with the problems citing this age torn city. Change can come to America but Dermott will be left out in the cold unless people begin to stand up for themselves. An external audit needs to happen in order to determine the legitimacy of the elected officials.

dermott would be better if someone would fire the mayor and fire the chief police of dermott whom is a racist . did i say racist yes i did . the mayor of dermott is black and hates white people he wanted to fire the white people who work for the police department and hire all blacks . the dermott chief police has no bussiness being a chief police when he is a racist. yes i'm white but i am not a racist . the only reason the chief of police did'nt get to fire the white police depatment employees and hire all blacks because the dermott city council would'nt let him do it. at lease the city council are doing there job
