Tip of the iceberg...lawyers and the court system have no regard toward the innocence and rights of the people...to the point where short cutting and gutter ball tactics are prevalent.

It's not just Al Giannini who is a serial offender. The Innocence Project needs to be looking at the entire San Mateo District Attorney's office, starting with Steve Wagstaffe.
What's up with his protecting sheriff employees ( and we don't just mean Munks and Bolanos) when they commit heinous crimes?
This is a scandal just waiting to break open.
