Parents sue school district over cheating policy

The parents of a Northern California high school sophomore are suing the school district for kicking the teenager out of an honors class because he cheated.

I think this kid should be kicked out of class but, the problem here is the example our government sets. Our kids see it is ok to break the rules. We have the Dream Act in California that allows illegal aliens to get a taxpayer education even though they broke US immigration law. The city of SF will not report illegals that are arrested and theses illegals have gone on to murder people after their arrest. Our President and Attorney General sold guns to Drug Cartels in Mexico. This kid was shown it is ok to cheat!
