Former Palo Alto neighborhood group manager suspected of embezzlement
At a meeting of South Palo Alto's Greenmeadow Community Association on Tuesday night, residents acknowledged their trust had been violated by Kimball Allen, the group's former administrative manager who is suspected of embezzling $70,000, the president of the association said.

There is a lot of this going on with Community Associations these days. He used the community funds like a personal credit card and used Quickbooks to cover up the spending.

Then opened a gym in Redwood City...what next run for Mayor! These are types that eventually work their way into politics with the "Teflon" attitude. A very good example of how greed works it's way up the ladder or in a better term how it spreads like cancer.
