If Solorza is guilty of the crime he has been accused of, then his biggest mistake was not first getting a California law license and then setting up a crooked law firm in The Sovereign State of the People's Republic of San Francisco.

Since in SF, in other words the city that likes to pretend it is the world's capital for human rights, actually as long as the under the table bribes are paid absolutely anything is considered legal, and including trafficking in and/or abusing undocumented aliens and/or the disenfranchised.

And as far as acting like a clown, if Solorza did that in SF he would be virtually guaranteeing to get himself elected to the Board of Supervisors.

In fact mostly because of the actions of the SF Board of Supervisors, many Northern California people refer to SF City Hall not as City Hall but instead as "Silly Hall."
