Well, Pietro, for some reason, I was made differently; as were between 3% and 10% of the population.<quoted text>
Is it interesting that "man made" institution has been, and still is, virtually, an opposite sex union. Geeeeee.....I wonder why? Maybe....just maybe....sex between men and women makes more men and women. Even u, VV, were made that way.
Some of the earliest known recordings of mankind show homosexuality; some 5,000 to 9,000 years before Christ. That's somewhere between 7,000 to 11,000 years ago.
No one knows why gays and lesbians are here. It's really a question that no longer needs to be answered since scientists and medical professionals no longer believe homosexuality to be a disorder.
It's like asking, "Why are some people left-handed, while others are right-handed?" To spend time and money looking for an answer is ridiculous. Left-handed and right-handed people function just fine in society.
But that wasn't always the case. For many years and in many different cultures, left-handed people were considered evil. To use your left hand was considered sinful.
It's not so different for gays and lesbians. We're different in a very minor aspect from heterosexuals. We are no more evil or sinful than are left-handed people.
I hope you're able to accept this. Most of the industrialized world has accepted it.
Tell me, when's the last time a homosexual negatively impacted your life? We've lived among you for eons. And somehow the world has continued to spin.
And regarding your concerns about making more men and women, look around... The world has some 72,000,000,000 (that's billion) people on it. Do you really think that the LGBT community is having a negative impact on the population?
