Forget Jerry Brown. Feinstein and Boxer are all Calif thought they deserved in the US Senate. They haven't passed a budge in over three years........even though it only takes 51 votes and the Democrats have 53.

Any two twelve year olds picked at random from across the State could be counted on to be more responsible than the proven incompetent Losers we have now. Even for dramatically sub par Calif variety Democrats...Boxer and Feinstein take the cake.

If Brown is against the death penalty, maybe he would consider castrating rapists. This would probably go a long way to eliminating a lot of life sentance prisoners, and saving the state some money.
