Saratoga priest arrested on rape charge

A Saratoga priest was arrested Thursday for allegedly raping a 29-year-old Oregon woman in a Sunnyvale motel this week.

I am shocked & i cant believe when i heard about this news . Fr Randy Benas is a well respected priest , he is not the type of person that would do something like this . He like to help people .

The victim has been timely in her action. So there are the following possiblities as per evidence:

1. There was no sex
2. There was forced sex
3. There was consensual sex

Only time will tell if 2 above (i.e rape) is true.

I know Father Randy Benas for a long time. He is a well respected priest. Father Randy he is not the type of person that do this. He is a priest that like to help people and vey spiritually supportive when you have problems.
