Nice, the amount of responsibility to meet these "incentives", would they not be placed on the backs of the California taxpayer? Some are talking the Lithium ion battery sector will become a 200 to 300 Billion dollar industry in just a few years. How much risk will the California tax payer have to assume to make this happen?
