The teacher was under Union protection. The parents have no say in the way the Unions choose to run the public schools. This is ONLY California.

Union protection or not. Where is the morality in this? So, these asshats at the union are more concerned with protecting their own, rather than the children? Screw the Unions and their policies. They should be held accountable for NOT telling the parents..period. It is absolutely sickening, how it is their POLICY to protect their own union members, and not the children. Absolutely sickening. It is NO wonder there are so many sick ass child molesters and rapists hiding in classrooms all across the Country...

Whoa there. Calif parents don't have much interest in what happens to their kids. The Unions own our State and no one else has any political power or representation. Parents won't stand up for their kids here. This isn't Iowa or Indiana...this is California. We are used to getting screwed by City Hall and Sacramento.

There is a solution if you can't afford Private Schools. Home Schooling is a great alternative to submitting your children to pervs and bad teachers who populate our public schools under the protection of the UTLA. Most doubt that the citizens have the political savey needed to save the Public Schools from the Unions.
